When automation is not worth it
If something happens three times a month and takes five minutes, it is cheaper to keep doing it by hand. We do the maths together before building anything. And AI is a tool, not a goal – workflows with clear rules are often better without it.

- Which tools do you use?
- Our own code on Vercel, connected to your systems via API. Where it fits we use language models from OpenAI or Anthropic to interpret free text. We do not use Power Platform or Salesforce.
- What happens to customer data sent to an AI model?
- We send as little as possible, never more than the workflow needs, and we document what goes where. We go through it with you before anything runs live.
- Can it go wrong?
- Yes, which is why we build every workflow so that unclear cases go to a person instead of guessing.
