Price
Fixed price after a short call.
In the call we go through which systems need to talk and what should happen. Then you get a fixed price. You own the code, and the integration runs on your own Vercel or server account.
Honest about tools like Zapier
For a simple connection – a new form response becomes a row in a sheet – Zapier or Make for a few hundred SEK a month is often enough, and we will say so. A custom integration is right when volume is high, when the logic is specific, or when monthly fees start to cost more than a one-off build.
Common questions
- Are you a Fortnox partner?
- No. We build customer-specific connections through the Fortnox developer portal, which does not require partnership. You need an integration licence on your Fortnox account.
- What does an integration cost?
- A simple one-way connection is a small project; a two-way sync with error handling is a larger one. We always give a fixed price before we start.
- What happens when one of the systems changes its API?
- With the maintenance plan we keep the connection running. Without it we quote a fixed price for the update when needed.
