The customer register has duplicates, half addresses and three spellings of the same company. We clean it, put it in a real database and give you a simple way to keep it clean.

How we work
- Analysis of the data: duplicates, empty fields, format errors
- Cleaning and normalisation (addresses, phone numbers, company IDs)
- Import into a Postgres database with the right structure
- A small tool or view for searching and updating
- Export back to Excel or into your new system
Price
Fixed price after a look at the data.
Send an anonymised copy or describe the register, and we come back with a fixed price. Small cleanup jobs are often small projects.
Common questions
- Can I send you my register?
- Yes, but please send an extract without personal data first. We sign a data processing agreement before handling real data.
- Do I really need a database?
- Not always. If you are two people with 200 customers, a well-cleaned spreadsheet may be enough. We tell you what we think after seeing the data.
